How We Can Help You
Explore clear, structured options that help you protect your family and outline your wishes.
Wills and Trusts
Wills and trusts define how your assets are managed and passed on. A will outlines your instructions and guardianship preferences and requires court intervention. A trust provides added structure, privacy, and control over how and when your assets are distributed. A trust is a private contract that can administrate assets without the need for a court to be involved. Your unique circumstances help determine whether you would benefit from a will or a trust.
Incapacity Documents
Incapacity documents allow you to appoint trusted individuals to make financial and medical decisions if you are unable to do so. This includes powers of attorney and healthcare directives. Putting these documents in place provides clarity for your decision-makers and reduces delays or uncertainty during an emergency.
Kids Protection Plans
Kids Protection Plans add an extra level of security for families with young children. These plans include temporary guardian designations, emergency instructions, and clear guidance for caregivers. They are designed to help ensure your children are protected immediately and appropriately in any situation.
Asset Review and Alignment
Documents alone do not make a plan work. Properly titled assets are essential to ensuring your instructions are carried out. As part of your planning, we review your accounts, property, and beneficiary designations to confirm they align with your documents. This step helps prevent court involvement and keeps your plan functioning as intended.
